In case of booking cancellation, you have to pay the cancellation charges to the hotel. The hotel requires a written cancellation request in such case. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the day we receive your cancellation request, and deduction will be made on the basis of following slab:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
